How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order on the website you only have to add the items you want to the shopping cart and continue to checkout. You will have to enter information about delivery and payment before the purchase can be finalized.

Damage
What can I do if the packaging of my product is damaged at time of delivery?
Firstly, always inspect the product for damages. Please make a video of the unboxing if possible. Then contact us as soon as possible via info@ophse.nl.

Returns and cancelation
Can I cancel an order?
It is possible to cancel an order before it has been shipped out. To cancel, contact us at info@ophse.nl.
How long after my purchase can I return my order?

How do I return a product?
There are two options for returning a product. The first option is through your account. Log in via the website or click on the button in the confirmation email. Choose the "request return" option to submit a return request. The second option is to send an email to info@ophse.nl.
Will I be refunded after returning a product?
If an order has been returned within 14 days and according to the conditions the full price of purchase will be refunded. Check our refund policy for more the terms or contact us at info@ophse.nl.
Can I exchange an unwanted product for a different product or a different size?

An account can be made in several ways. When you place an order, at checkout there will be an option to log in with the link near the 'contact' field. Is Ophsé an eco-friendly brand?
Eco-friendliness and sustainability are very important to us. Our primary aim is to improvve the sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint for Ophsé. We are already working on this by limiting our stock to what we need to limit waste. Furthermore, we prefer to work with suppliers that use eco-friendly materials.
Long term we want to switch to eco-friendly packaging materials and expand our network of eco-friendly suppliers. Finally, we want to open up a marketplace for customers to share or resell used clothes from Ophsé to other parents.
